This client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their expanding team. The practice prides itself on clinical autonomy, case continuity, and a warm, team-focused environment. The Role:

  • 4-day working week
  • 1 in 5 weekends (Saturday 9–3, Sunday 10–3)
  • No OOH or on-call
  • Fully independent practice with strong support team
  • Clinical freedom and opportunity for career growth
