A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen at a boutique-style, independent small animal practice in the market town in Northamptonshire. This client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their expanding team. The practice prides itself on clinical autonomy, case continuity, and a warm, team-focused environment. You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and benefit from a leadership team that truly values work-life balance.
The Role:
- 4-day working week
- 1 in 5 weekends (Saturday 9–3, Sunday 10–3)
- No OOH or on-call
- Fully independent practice with strong support team
- Clinical freedom and opportunity for career growth

- Salary up to £80,000 (DOE)
