Role: Mental Health Nurse/Learning Disability Nurse
Requirements: Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a Valid NMC PIN, team player, effective communicator, and able to organise and prioritise effectively.
Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patient needs, plan care collaboratively, develop behavioural support plans, participate actively in our multidisciplinary team, and administer medications.
