I'm currently partnering with a fast-paced, creative agency to find an Administrative Project Manager who’s equally comfortable handling daily operations as they are supporting major projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who’s looking to step further into project management. You’ll be a key support to the Senior Project Manager while also playing a hands-on role in project delivery.

The Role:

  • A blend of admin excellence and project coordination, your day-to-day will include:
  • Administration
  • Managing schedules, inboxes, meetings, and internal processes
  • Handling correspondence, documentation, and basic finance tasks
  • Acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records, files and systems
  • Project Involvement
    • Supporting and occasionally leading on small to mid-size projects
    • Creating and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resources
    • Collaborating across departments to keep projects on track
    • Preparing reports and updates for senior leadership

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Must-Haves
    • 3+ years in an administrative role
    • At least 2 years’ experience supporting or managing projects
    • Confident with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
    • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Nice-to-Haves
    • Experience with budgeting, finance tracking or CRM systems
    • A genuine desire to grow into a full project management role

    The Offer:

    • Salary: £35,000
    • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (9am – 6pm)
    • Hybrid: 70% remote / 30% in their London studio
