Description
- You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in social housing
- Work could be in both void or occupied properties; ranging from basic repairs to kitchen and bathroom fitting
- Work will be carried out across stock in the West Midlands
Profile
- Previous experience working on social housing repairs and maintenance
- Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 minimum)
Job Offer
- Salary up to £32,000 per year + excellent on call/overtime rates and completion bonuses (OTE circa £45k pa)
- Company van and fuel card
