About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the daily distribution operations in our clients high-paced air, ocean, road, perishables, and healthcare freight warehouse. You’ll report directly to the Warehouse Manager and Team Leader, playing a crucial role in ensuring services meet strict regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle shipments within a customs bonded, high-security regulated facility
  • Prepare and load export shipments (including building ULDs)
  • Break down and check in import shipments
  • Operate electric counterbalance, diesel counterbalance, and electric reach forklift trucks
  • Ensure GDP compliance for temperature-controlled pharmaceutical goods
  • Perform daily temperature monitoring, quality checks, and H&S duties
  • Adhere to aviation security and Department for Transport regulations

What We’re Looking For?

Experience & Certifications:

  • Valid Reach and Counterbalance FLT licenses
  • Aviation Security Level CO (or willingness to obtain)
  • Minimum 5 years verifiable work history
  • X-Ray & ETD experience desirable (training available)
  • Minimum 1+ years experience as a Warehouse Operative
  • Minimum 6 months experience on Forklifts

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Experience in import/export airfreight operations is desirable
  • Familiarity with HMRC brokerage systems and WMS
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and customer interaction skills
  • Ability to work within ISO 9001:2008 / TAPA / CAA guidelines
