Their team operates under the principals of Honesty, Integrity, Transparency, and Safety (H.I.T.S), offering expert valve management and performance monitoring services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a QHSE Manager, based in the Greater Aberdeen Area. The QHSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems in compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and providing QHSE training to staff. The role also involves leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence. QualificationsExperience in QHSE management, risk assessments, and incident investigationsKnowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 standardsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to develop and deliver QHSE training programsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with the oil and gas industry is an advantageBachelor\’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
