My Client, an impressive and growing Corporate Finance business, seeks an Associate Director level professional, with strong Social/Affordable Housing experience, to join their broader Real Estate team in London.
Responsibilities:
- A background with 6+ years of transactional experience in corporate finance or a similar role, with some experience of transaction management, client engagement, and advising or lending into the residential and real estate sectors.
- Confidence using and evaluating financial models to support complex financial decision making.
- Strong analytical and oral/written communication skills, with a specific ability to assimilate complex information and translate this into practical and clear advice.
- Developing industry and other professional advisory relationships.
- Experienced in mentoring and coaching junior team members, supporting their professional development and promoting a collaborative learning environment.
- Adaptable, able to pick up new assets, sectors and products, as well as prioritising and simultaneously working on multiple transactions.
