The Company: An established Wealth Management firm specialising in High Net Worth clients and Investment Management.
The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an Investment Desk Administrator to assist a successful Investment Management team with the management of the teams’ clients for a highly credible Wealth Management business. You will support the continued growth of this successful team by helping to service relationships with their HNW clients who have investment portfolios. The Investment Desk Administrator will initiate, monitor and ensure full completion/settlement of investment trades, assisting with portfolios. The Investment Desk Administrator will help the Investment Management team with the annual review of the private client’s investment objectives and restrictions and will attend private client team meetings when required and support new business development efforts. The Investment Desk Administrator will prepare documents for private client meetings and investment reviews and will be responsible for the production of bespoke monthly and quarterly private client investment reports for the Wealth Management company. Private client communication and dispatch of periodic reports (quarterly valuations, tax packs). The Investment Desk Administrator will facilitate client onboarding, account set up and life cycle events and will ensure that necessary client documentation is held on file and up-to-date.
The Candidate:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar private client support, wealth management, investment support role.
- Level 4/RDR UK investment competency required - IAD (Investment Advice Diploma).
- Analytical with strong numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal as well as strong organisational skills.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently.
- Team oriented with a flexible approach.
- Self-motivated to achieve goals to improve own and company performance.
