Job Description

As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and assist all visitors to the facility.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Ensure all records and appointments are updated and maintained accurately.
  • Assist with queries and concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, emails and post.
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.

A successful Receptionist should have:
