Planner £30k to £35k basic plus package Lancashire / Preston I am working with one of the leading house builders who are looking to strengthen the team with a Strategic Planner to support the strategic land team in planning promotions. You will be working closely with the senior strategic planning manager and have a big role to play in the groups strategic land teams coverage. You would work closely with the rest of the strategic land team and have high involvement with several regional land teams. You will be a Town planner who has a detailed experience of working on residential planning applications or experience with strategic land. You will be a driven and super motivated town planner who is looking to take the next step in your career. You will be currently working for either a planning consultancy or another house builder. You will be a bright, articulate and ambitious planner who is circa 3-4 years post-graduation and perhaps is looking to make a move away from consultancy or local authority. Key Requirements Degree qualified and RTPI. Ideally you will be 3-4 years post-graduation Be currently working for a planning consultancy or house builder Bright, ambitious and determined for success.
