📢 We\’re Hiring: Clinical Study Project Manager (Real World Evidence)Location: Remote / GlobalEmployment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the RoleRBW Consulting is partnered with a boutique firm operating in the life science and clinical research space by providing end-to-end support for real-world evidence (RWE) studies. We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Study Project Manager to lead the delivery of global Real World Evidence (RWE) studies. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage cross-functional teams, oversee study operations, and ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality project execution.You’ll work across a variety of study types including non-interventional studies, registries, database studies, and decentralized/virtual models. You’ll also contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the evidence generation function.What You’ll Do🔹 Project Leadership & DeliveryServe as the primary contact for operational project mattersDefine and execute project plans in collaboration with clientsOversee regulatory start-up, site setup, EDC build, and vendor managementEnsure data quality and compliance with ICH-GCP and SOPs🔹 Cross-Functional CollaborationLead matrixed teams and foster a culture of continuous improvementCollaborate across departments to ensure cohesive project execution🔹 Financial & Performance OversightMonitor budgets, timelines, and deliverablesIdentify out-of-scope work and manage financial performance🔹 Patient-Centric FocusDesign operational approaches that support patient engagementInterface with advocacy groups and support patient empowerment initiatives🔹 Strategic DevelopmentContribute to the evolution of operational delivery modelsSupport departmental process improvements and standardsWhat We’re Looking For✅ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (advanced degree preferred)✅ Proven experience in clinical operations and RWE study delivery✅ Formal project management training (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)✅ Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical systems (CTMS, eTMF, QMS, EDC)✅ Experience in matrixed environmentsTo applyPlease click ‘apply’ or contact Joe Pearce for any further informationAbout RBW ConsultingRBW Consulting is a life sciences talent & strategic consultancy with purpose, delivered through what we call Human Intelligence.
