A global asset manager is seeking a senior compliance and governance professional to lead a key role overseeing international distribution activity and product governance across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities

- Act as a key advisor on international regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with global risk appetite.
- Manage a small international team, supporting day-to-day compliance, supervision, and business partnering.
- Act as the chair for a governance committee focused on international policy oversight.
- Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory change, risk remediation, and control enhancements.
