We’re hiring Consultants and Senior Consultants to join the advisory division of a world-leading digital transformation consultancy. This team combines deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge expertise in strategy, operations, and technology. You’ll work on major transformation programmes for some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile Defence and Aerospace organisations—delivering tangible results across efficiency, quality, and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver digital and operational transformation initiatives across manufacturing environments.
- Support or lead client engagements focused on process improvement, digital enablement, and supply chain resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, technologists, and strategic advisors.
- Work on varied, high-impact projects that contribute to national infrastructure and capability.
- Shape solutions that incorporate technologies like IoT, Digital Twins, PLM, SAP, and AI.
What We’re Looking For:
