Role Purpose: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development professional to contribute to one of the largest global talent transformation programmes. You will join a forward-thinking HR Strategy & Transformation team, driving impactful training initiatives across Talent Acquisition.
As part of the Change and Enablement team, you will work closely with senior HR leaders to shape and deliver a comprehensive training strategy aligned to new technologies, evolving operating models, and process improvements. This high-profile role will be central to redefining how the organisation attracts, engages, and retains top talent, ensuring alignment with future business needs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Review the existing training strategy and lead delivery of the end-to-end training plan to support upcoming process and technology changes across Talent Acquisition.
- Oversee our existing trainer to deliver training through Train the Trainer sessions and end user rollouts; assess the current approach, plan and curriculum to ensure it’s fit for purpose.
- Design and develop engaging training content; coach and build capability across market and delivery leads to enable successful localisation and adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative measures, and adapt plans accordingly.
- Shape the training strategy, approach and plan in alignment with wider Enterprise Talent organisational design changes.
- Scope the training workstream, conduct training needs analysis, and define key priorities and outcomes across diverse markets.
Skills and Experience – What you will bring to the role:
- Proven experience leading training workstreams as part of global HR or TA transformation programmes, involving new technology and operating model implementations.
- Understanding of HR and TA technologies, including ATS and CRM platforms; experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Eightfold is highly advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, user-focused training strategies across complex, matrixed organisations.
- A collaborative mindset, able to work hands-on while also providing direction to the existing trainer.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and stakeholder needs, including change management and training enablement.
- Confident communicator with strong facilitation and presentation skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced global environments with multiple stakeholders and competing demands.
- Financial services or management consulting experience is a plus.
