Reports to: Facilities/Compliance Manager

Location: Glasgow, office based

Salary: Dependent on experience

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Role Overview

With a service-oriented mind-set and the customer’s best interest at heart, as a Retail Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom. You will join a team where your role will be vital to the success of the operation so being collaborative is essential.

What does a typical day sound like?

  • You will offer retail stores fast, consistent and high-quality support.
  • You will carry out stock take investigations.
  • You will be responsible for updating stock batch records.
  • You will support with stock control issues.
  • You will record transfer discrepancies.
  • You will input uniform stock adjustments.
  • You will allocate expense codes.
  • You will record any theft issues.
  • You will carry out filing and any general administration tasks.
  • Plus any other ad-hoc things within the Retail Support team.
