We're partnering with a well-known FMCG business that owns a portfolio of established consumer brands across personal care, household and beauty. As they continue to invest in digital transformation, they're now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape digital activation across a range of high-street brands - from paid media to influencer marketing, organic social and digital shelf content.
The Role:
- You'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class digital activation in line with brand and business strategy, supporting brand visibility and performance across key platforms.
- Leading paid media and influencer activity across selected brands.
- Managing digital shelf content and improving online presence.
- Developing monthly organic social calendars and content.
- Analysing performance data and reporting against KPIs.
- Supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with annual plans, budget and agency management.
- Leading test-and-learn initiatives to optimise performance across channels.
What We're Looking For:
- Digital marketing experience within FMCG or a relevant consumer sector.
- A track record of delivering successful campaigns across paid, organic and influencer channels.
- Strong understanding of digital tools (Adobe Analytics, social media platforms, content management tools etc.).
- Able to manage external agencies and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management and reporting skills.
