I’m partnering with a global leader in the hygiene and health space, who are on a major digital and commercial transformation journey. They are now looking for a Head of Corporate Sales – Omni-Channel to lead their UK & Ireland team and shape the future of customer engagement across ecommerce platforms, traditional retail and B2B distribution channels.
This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, purpose-led environment, and is excited by the challenge of leading change across an omni-channel sales function.
The Role:- Lead the omni-channel sales strategy across the UK & Ireland, covering ecommerce, national accounts, indirect partners and hybrid models.
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver profitable growth and long-term value across all customer channels.
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, digital, category, supply chain) to drive joined-up customer engagement and innovation.
- Translate business plans into tangible customer-focused actions that align with wider commercial and digital transformation objectives.
- Take ownership of key negotiations and commercial agreements – from pricing to joint business planning.
- Use insights, analytics and performance data to continuously optimise performance and evolve strategy.
- A proven track record in senior sales leadership, ideally within FMCG, retail, health, hygiene, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of omni-channel and ecommerce sales models – and how to deliver commercial growth through both.
- Demonstrable experience in leading teams through change, and upskilling talent in digital and data-driven thinking.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen – including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Up to £90,000 base salary
