Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the running and control of the Night Reception ensuring all tasks are diligently delivered whilst maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Act as a first point of contact for the hotel, handling all requests, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues.
- Managing Check In/Check Out and assisting guests with luggage handling and storage, as required.
- Provide a limited food and drink service to resident guests (after restaurant hours).
- Provide wake up calls, when requested.
- Complete lock up and close down procedure after hours.
- Undertake administration/clerical duties, including sending out reports (financial and operational) and running end of day procedures on PMS & POS.
- Prepare VIP arrival information sheets and special requests.
- Ensure the front of house area is kept tidy and reset regularly (flowers watered, cushions puffed, magazines straightened/kept up to date etc.).
- Assist the day teams with preparation required for a successful operation.
- Follow all cash handling procedures to ensure payment is taken in the correct manner from members and guests.
- Keep all member/guest profiles up to date by inputting all data into Guestline, when received.
- Ensure full knowledge of the One Crown Place & our neighbourhood.
- Embed our operating standards into day-to-day service, good communication by engaging closely with colleagues and taking pride in delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ensure an excellent last impression for every one of our guests.
- Guiding and supporting team in Front Office duties and responsibilities.
