Chapman Tate Associates are proud to be partnering with a leading UK-based consultancy specialising in Epicor Kinetic implementations across manufacturing and logistics sectors. We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic ERP Project Manager ready to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front.
The Role:
This is not your average project management role. It’s a "player-manager" position ideal for someone who thrives on balancing hands-on delivery with people leadership. You’ll guide a team of five talented consultants, while staying actively engaged in managing and delivering successful Epicor Kinetic implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute Epicor Kinetic ERP projects across the full lifecycle.
- Manage a team of 5 ERP consultants, providing support, mentorship, and technical oversight.
- Act as the main point of contact between the consultancy and client stakeholders.
- Balance team management responsibilities with hands-on solution design, configuration, and implementation.
- Travel to customer sites across the UK as required (all expenses paid).
You’ll Need:
- Proven track record delivering ERP projects—Epicor Kinetic experience is essential.
