Role: Clinical Pharmacist
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £48,000
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, flexible shift pattern
A great private hospital based in Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their growing team.
Main Duties:
- Support the pharmacy department to deliver excellent care.
- Supervise the procurement, preparation, dispensing and distribution of medicines.
- Provide pharmaceutical expertise and input to the care of the patients within the hospital.
- Participate in audit activities, which will improve the quality of the services provided by the department including medication incident reporting.
- Support the Chief Pharmacist to implement and monitor any national guidance; i.e. NICE guidance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy.
- Registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- 2-3 years of post-registration experience.
