About the role
We’re in search of a Campaign Manager to join our team at the London office. As a Campaign Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy to delivery, ensuring top-tier service and innovative output for our clients. You’ll act as the day-to-day contact for both clients and creators, playing a central role in proposal development, influencer sourcing, campaign logistics, and performance reporting. You'll balance creative strategy with operational excellence, making a tangible impact across multiple concurrent campaigns.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience, preferably within an agency setting.
- Excellent understanding of influencer marketing and social media.
- Analytical thinker with an eye for campaign metrics, talent performance, and actionable data insights.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Knowledgeable of industry tools and platforms for influencer identification, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and diplomatically manage client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in building consistently productive relationships.
- An understanding and previous knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads Managers is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from brief to wrap-up, managing day-to-day relationships of clients in an organised and tactical fashion.
- Develop strategic, insight-led campaign proposals that align with client objectives and brand goals, and input creative thinking across wider agency brainstorming sessions.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure influencer talent using research, trend analysis, and data-backed recommendations.
- Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and exceptional service.
- Coordinate influencer logistics including contracts, content briefs, product shipments, travel, and activation support.
- Lead on influencer content creation to ensure alignment with campaign messaging, brand guidelines, and KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met or exceeded.
- Produce comprehensive post-campaign analysis (PCA) reports, drawing actionable insights to inform future work.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaign delivery and continuously improve ways of working.
- Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills in response to client feedback and real-time campaign developments.
- Collaborate with Paid Performance team to implement ad strategies for influencer campaigns.

Key information:
Time and contract type: Full-time permanent
Hybrid working: We work from the office Tuesdays - Thursdays and the remaining days from home.
Location: Our office is located in London Bridge, with Waterloo and London Bridge train stations close by.
Working hours: 40 hours a week, 9am - 6pm.
