Job Overview As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in developing, analyzing, and optimizing compensation programs to ensure our client remains an employer of choice. This position involves conducting market research, evaluating salary structures, and advising HR leadership on compensation best practices. Key Responsibilities Analyze industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages. Assist in the development of salary structures, incentives, and bonus programs. Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation levels. Provide strategic insights to HR and leadership teams on reward strategies. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and compensation-related regulations. Prepare detailed compensation reports for senior management decision-making. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and data reporting. A degree in Accountancy & Finance is desired but not essential Strong proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation analysis software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
