Job Overview As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in developing, analyzing, and optimizing compensation programs to ensure our client remains an employer of choice. This position involves conducting market research, evaluating salary structures, and advising HR leadership on compensation best practices. Key Responsibilities Analyze industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages. Assist in the development of salary structures, incentives, and bonus programs. Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation levels. Provide strategic insights to HR and leadership teams on reward strategies.
