What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running the show (with your GM by your side): You’ll take the reins when needed, leading brilliant shifts, making smart calls on the fly, and making sure operations are tight from open to close.
  • Leading the team: You’ll coach, support, and hype your crew to deliver standout service and smash guest expectations every time.
  • Creating Revs Moments: You’ll inspire your team to seek opportunities for those unexpected touches that make nights legendary.
  • Handling business like a boss: From P&L and rotas to compliance and stock—you get the numbers and know how to use them to boost performance.
