The IT Technician will work closely with all staff to maintain and support all fee earners globally. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, providing prompt and effective technical support for a range of IT issues.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Troubleshoot software issues (Microsoft Office Suite, operating systems, common applications).
- Resolve network connectivity problems (Wi-Fi, DNS, LAN).
- Basic Entra administration (password and MFA resets).
- Assist with mobile device support (iOS and Android).
