Job Summary
Working as part of the regional operations team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure regional service delivery targets are managed, with focus on optimising the deployment of the regions’ team of engineers.
- Coordinate with other regional office personnel to ensure standards of service delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with other regional service planners when required to provide ‘out of region’ engineering resources.
- Liaise with regional technical management in highlighting performance issues concerning the regions’ engineers.
- Working closely with the planning software to arrange the engineers’ call with the customer via telephone/email.
- Preparation of service engineer job packages, checking engineers service reports and logging into the company planning system.
- Compiling weekly/monthly service reports.
- General office duties, answering telephone enquiries and re-directing calls.
- Ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of the International Trade Compliance Regulation is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC certification program itself.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Previous planning experience, preferably with field engineers.
- Experience of working with bespoke planning software, arranging service engineers’ calls.
- Liaison with parts supply and sales departments.
- Telephone skills.
- Computer literate.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
