We are working with a leading national contractor operating within the property services market to recruit a Senior Contract Manager to join their highly successful team based in Havant.

The Senior Contract Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programmes including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical, legal disrepair and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils.

We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Senior Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Project Managers, Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.

Senior Contract Manager Key Skills/Requirements:
  • Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
  • Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing/planned maintenance projects
  • Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
