We are seeking a dynamic Murex-Money Market Business Analyst to join their team for a pivotal role in the Murex Migration Programme. If you are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and have a wealth of experience in the financial landscape, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
About the Role:
As a Customer Journey Manager (CJM), you will play a vital role in product development, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and the broader product team. Your mission? To understand, measure, and orchestrate customer journeys with a keen focus on technology and cross-functional integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring the needs of both internal and external customers are prioritized.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across functional boundaries to enhance journey effectiveness.
- Partner with teams in Product, Finance, Risk, Markets Operations, and Engineering to ensure user experiences are accurately represented and designed.
- Utilize insights from customer journeys to inform prioritization approaches and design choices.
Must-Have Skills/Experience:
- Extensive experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Experience as a CJM/Business Analyst, working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with Murex in a business analyst capacity.
- Proven track record in agile environments, including writing/designing user stories and documenting requirements.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly the Jira tooling.
- Solid capital markets knowledge and understanding of treasury products and capabilities.
- Experience with large multi-year implementations.
- Experience migrating desks/products onto Murex using the MXpress methodology.
- In-depth product knowledge of Interest Rate Swaps and/or money market products.
