My client, a top Global company, is currently looking to recruit a SAP Scheduling expert with SAP e-PPDS/PPDS to join their team on a contract basis. Please note this role is Inside IR35 and will need to be set up via Umbrella Company/PAYE.
The SAP Scheduling expert with SAP e-PPDS/PPDS is required to deliver a set of harmonised processes for the Production Planning stream within the S/4 HANA template on SAP e-PPDS, supporting the replacement of the current solutions.
Key responsibilities for the SAP Scheduling e-PPDS Consultant:- Adherence to the global S/4 HANA template ensuring an adopt not adapt approach is taken to process design to ensure successful transition from SAP ECC.
- Accountable for defining the business requirements for Scheduling/Production Planning stream and collaborating with the functional teams as well as SI/BI partner to ensure that these are translated into the template build, supporting robust unit, system and user acceptance testing and ensuring any design issues are resolved.
- Ensure E2E alignment across ERP program for Scheduling/Production Planning processes and work with other Process SMEs to identify, problem solve and develop solutions to mitigate risks/issues with the support of the Process Owners (GPDs) as well as working closely with the Smart Manufacturing group to ensure we have consistency on processes across systems (OMP Scheduling).
- Support development of education and training materials and associated change management.
- Ensure programme benefits are delivered through implementation of the Production Planning processes.
- Expertise in process and systems on SAP APO PPDS/e-PPDS, with scheduling, business requirements and production planning.
