About Us: PPS Autocare Ltd is a fast-growing, specialist van and LCV body repair business based in Blantyre. We are the sister company of PPS Logistics, a leading fleet operator with over 100 vehicles, giving us a steady pipeline of guaranteed internal work. In addition to fleet repairs, we handle select external contracts and non-fault accident repairs, offering stability and volume. You will be working closely with a very experienced and efficient team. This is a hands-on opportunity to help shape a growing business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and replace panels on 3.5t vans (primarily medium wheelbase)
- Carry out body filler work, panel alignment, and refinishing
- Liaise with the workshop controller to estimate time and costs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For:
- At least 6 years' experience in panel beating (body filler and quarter panel replacement essential)
- Confident in both heavy bodywork and high-quality finishing
- Vocational certification required
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Trade Test: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a paid Saturday trade test to demonstrate capability.
