As a Senior People Services Co-ordinator at Knights, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of a high-performing People Services Helpdesk team, working alongside our HR, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Knowledge teams which together form People Services.Reporting directly to the Group HR Counsel, you will play a crucial role in responding to operational requests, managing communications and helping to ensure consistency, efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of support. Working closely with a small team you will take shared responsibility for leading day-to-day service delivery, co-ordinating work allocation, and ensuring the consistent application of processes and policies across the team.With prior experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, you will combine exceptional administrative capability with leadership, strong communication, and a focus on continuous improvement. You will act as a go-to person within the team, support coaching and mentoring of co-ordinator colleagues, and help embed a consistent and collaborative approach to our People Services administration across the business.This is a key opportunity to help shape the delivery of our People Services in a supportive and fast-evolving business, where autonomy, clarity and care are valued every day.Key responsibilitiesTeam leadership β Support the day-to-day coordination and oversight of work within the People Services team, providing guidance, support and mentoring to less experienced team members.Service delivery β Oversee the effective administration of key HR and Learning & Development processes, ensuring that service standards are consistently met across all tasks and projects.Systems oversight β Support the maintenance and improvement of our HR and Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring accuracy, usability and effective reporting.Training co-ordination β Supporting the planning, scheduling and monitoring of internal training sessions via the LMS, ensuring mandatory training is completed and records are maintained.Stakeholder engagement β Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders across People, Finance, Business Services and IT, ensuring aligned and effective operational delivery.Work allocation and planning β Help manage shared inboxes, calendars and team task lists, prioritising work effectively and ensuring key milestones are met.Process improvement β Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and templates, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.Project involvement β Support and lead on administrative elements of People projects such as onboarding, engagement, policy updates and acquisition integration.Data and reporting β Take responsibility for the production of accurate and timely reports to support audit, compliance and business intelligence.Confidentiality and compliance β Handle sensitive information with the utmost care and professionalism, maintaining trust and adherence to all data protection and privacy standards.What you will bring to the roleYouβll bring a blend of strong organisational and administrative skills, a calm and confident approach to team coordination, and a positive mindset that supports others to succeed.
