High-performance investment firm is seeking a Senior In-House Counsel to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to hold a foundational legal role at a fast-growing investment firm committed to excellence and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the legal aspects of investment activities, collaborating with external counsel to structure, negotiate, and finalize complex transactions.
  • Lead the legal workstream for new fund launches, managing the formation process and ensuring alignment across internal teams and outside advisors.
  • Take full responsibility for the firm’s compliance operations, maintaining systems and protocols that meet fund requirements and regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience

  • 6+ years of experience at a Tier 1 Law Firm.
  • Experience working on PE/VC transactions.

Compensation is competitive with the Cravath pay scale.
