Are you a warm and welcoming individual who takes pride in creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere? Do you have a genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the lives of seniors? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Thamesfield Retirement Village, based in Henley-on-Thames, is looking for a Receptionist to work 9am - 3pm on Saturday & Sunday each week. As a Receptionist at Thamesfield Village, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, their families, and visitors. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring everyone feels welcome, valued, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and residents with a warm smile and friendly demeanour
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
  • Providing assistance and information to residents and their families
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as managing schedules and appointments
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
