The company you have the chance to work for are fit out and refurbishment specialists with a focus on the education, commercial and healthcare sector with projects ranging from £200k to £2.5m. We are looking for a contracts manager to oversee 3 ongoing projects, reporting directly into the ownership. Projects based in London and surrounding home counties. Additionally, this opportunity provides you with the luxury of a hybrid working scheme.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Monitoring contract costs to ensure they align with the project budget.
- Managing payment applications, valuations, and variations.
- Identifying and managing contractual and financial risks.
- Liaising between the legal team, procurement, finance, project teams, and external parties.
- Ensuring all contractual obligations are met by all parties.
- Managing contract renewals, extensions, or terminations as needed.
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or claims that arise during the project.
