An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Technical Team Leader to support the development, build and maintenance of ground based laboratory test means within the Airbus Flight and Integration Test Centre in Filton. The Electrical Technical Team Leader will be responsible for the successful development and maintenance of electrical systems within our portfolio of laboratory test means. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:
- Act as the electrical lead on large laboratory test means developments.
- Ensure the maintenance of electrical systems on all laboratory test means is conducted, and that technical issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Support the technical team in their day to day activities for design, maintenance, modification, integration, and build of new/existing laboratory test means.
- Lead the delivery of cost estimations and top level planning for new laboratory test means requests.
- Contribute to transnational working groups looking at new technologies and ways of working for the ‘Test Means of Tomorrow’.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience with electrical systems and avionics.
- Proven experience in team leadership to deliver on key objectives.
- Experience in stakeholder management, with both external and internal parties.
