Are you an experienced project professional with a strong background in capital investment and infrastructure delivery? We're seeking a Delivery Obligation Manager to join a high-profile regulated infrastructure programme in Hounslow. This role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation and oversight of regulatory investment obligations on key capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, agreement, and management of Delivery Obligations (DOs) and Ex Ante across major infrastructure projects.
- Partner with Project Managers, Programme Control Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans are mature and investment-ready at key gateways.
- Track and report performance against DOs to senior stakeholders, identifying risks and supporting mitigations.
- Manage the closedown and performance review of obligations at project completion.
- Support wider improvements in processes and governance related to capital investment delivery.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline.
- Substantial project management or PMO experience in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to work across multifunctional teams and influence project success.
- A sound understanding of investment governance and performance tracking.
Desirable
- Familiarity with regulated capital investment environments.
