Reperio Human Capital is a niche IT recruitment consultancy, headquartered in Belfast City Centre, that focuses on the growing technology industry in Ireland and the United States. With offices in both Belfast & Florida, we are focused on becoming a leading provider of niche IT recruitment services. Due to recent expansion, we are actively seeking an In-House Recruitment Consultant / Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Belfast. This is an exciting new role where you will become a vital member of our internal operations team, playing a key role in our business.
You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring ambitious & highly driven individuals to join our team, here in Belfast. The positions will primarily be Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant positions, although you may be required to recruit for Operations positions also.
Key Responsibilities:- You will have complete ownership of the Recruitment lifecycle in Reperio Human Capital including sourcing, selection, screening & interviewing.
- Some of your tasks will include drawing up & posting adverts, interviewing candidates (via phone & in person), information tracking & creating a pipeline of potential candidates.
- You will utilise social networking sites, online advertising & online CV Databases in your search for prospective candidates to join Reperio.
- Proactive headhunting and using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter will be a regular responsibility.

Role Requirements:- You will have previous experience within a Recruitment role (whether internal or agency).
- You should be charismatic, an excellent communicator and pro-active.
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously delivering high volume results.
- You should be goal orientated & target driven.
- IT proficiency & an ability to multitask & prioritise tasks.
