As a Finisher, you will play a key role within the Final Assembly team, ensuring that all finished products meet our functional, aesthetic, and quality standards before pre-inspection and dispatch.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete final touch-ups on assembled products, including paint correction, surface cleaning, and cosmetic repairs.
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify and correct surface defects.
  • Use appropriate cleaning agents, tools, and materials to ensure a high-quality product finish.
  • Work efficiently to meet production deadlines, ensuring all products are ready for pre-inspection and dispatch on time.
  • Report defects or issues to the team leader to help prevent future occurrences and improve overall product quality.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
  • Ensure that all works carried out comply with the ISO 9001 and Health and Safety standards.

Skills, qualities & attributes required for the post

  • At least 1-2 years working in production/Assembly department (Essential)
  • Experience in similar role (Desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail (Essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding role and use initiative (Essential)
