As a Finisher, you will play a key role within the Final Assembly team, ensuring that all finished products meet our functional, aesthetic, and quality standards before pre-inspection and dispatch.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete final touch-ups on assembled products, including paint correction, surface cleaning, and cosmetic repairs.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify and correct surface defects.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents, tools, and materials to ensure a high-quality product finish.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines, ensuring all products are ready for pre-inspection and dispatch on time.
- Report defects or issues to the team leader to help prevent future occurrences and improve overall product quality.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Ensure that all works carried out comply with the ISO 9001 and Health and Safety standards.
