A high-growth, international B2B SaaS business is seeking a commercially astute Senior Finance Leader to join its executive leadership team and lead the next phase of strategic growth and integration. This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial future of a well-established brand with a strong global footprint across the UK, US, APAC, and LATAM.
The Opportunity
Following a recent acquisition, this role will be pivotal in ensuring robust integration, unlocking synergies, and building scalable financial infrastructure to support future expansion. This role will report directly to the CEO and work closely with a supportive investor group.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligned with global growth plans.
- Lead financial operations across accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, audit, and compliance.
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring strong controls and reporting standards.
- Drive the post-merger integration of a newly acquired business—systems, processes, and reporting.
- Oversee group budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to leadership and board.
- Manage international financial operations, including regulatory and tax compliance (UK, US, APAC, LATAM).
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and investors, offering commercial insight and scenario modelling.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven success in a senior finance role, ideally as CFO or Group FD within a SaaS or tech business.
- Experience managing international entities and leading financial integrations/M&A.
- Confident with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV) and investor reporting.
- Skilled communicator and board-level advisor, able to influence at all levels.
- Hands-on, strategic, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Must be immediately available or short notice period.
