Purpose of the Role: As part of the Commercial and Data function, reporting to the Data and Insights Manager, the role is to support the delivery of actionable insight across customer, marketing, and digital performance. Working collaboratively across the business, you’ll play a key role in gathering, analysing and visualising data that informs strategic and tactical decisions. You will support campaign measurement, customer behavior analysis, and the ongoing development of dashboards and reports that help teams understand what’s working and where to optimise. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working with Tableau, and Excel, who can balance technical analysis with clear communication of insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting across web, marketing and customer metrics.
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards using Tableau.
  • Assist with analysing campaign performance, on-site behaviour, and key customer journeys.
  • Contribute to customer insights reporting – e.g. segmentation, retention, churn analysis – to support CRM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing and E-Commerce to ensure insight needs are met.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Technical: Strong Tableau Skills.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights.
  • An understanding of campaign and customer performance metrics (conversion, LTV, bounce, acquisition vs retention).
  • Advantageous to have experience in GA4 analysis.
  • Build customer segments and create data selects using Bloomreach (ESP), Tableau or SQL.
  • Supply data to end users via integrations with Bloomreach or through other means.
  • Advantageous to have experience working with RESTful APIs to retrieve and send customer data.
