We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team on a temporary basis to provide essential support during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounting skills to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintaining and reconciling the purchase ledger and sales ledger
  • Assisting with monthly budget preparation and reporting
  • Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial records
  • Supporting the cashflow management process
  • Handling financial documents and filing in an organised and timely manner
  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role
