Location: Beautiful West Coast Scottish Island
Hours: 8 hours per day, over 5 days per week, variable days – split shift (morning & evening), with an afternoon break
We are seeking a responsible and organised Kitchen Assistant to support a chef for a private family and their guests over the summer. This role focuses on managing the household pantry and stock, and offers the unique opportunity to live and work in one of Scotland’s most stunning coastal locations. You will be working under the resident chef.
Key Responsibilities:- Aiding the chef
- Keeping the pantry well-organised
- Maintaining an inventory of food and kitchen items
- Keeping the kitchen clean and washing up
Accommodation: You’ll be staying in a lovely 4-bedroom staff house with:
- Your own private bedroom and bathroom
- Shared lounge and kitchen facilities
- Full UK driving licence
- Must enjoy the outdoors, and dogs
- A team player with a good eye for detail and initiative
