Job Description

Great North Lodges offers quality self-catering accommodations amidst stunning landscapes in Aviemore and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and are looking for a dedicated Guest Services Manager to join our team.

We are seeking an outgoing individual capable of working independently and within a small team. 

Essential Criteria:

  • Customer service experience
  • Comfortable with technology and online systems
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Problem solving & complaint resolution experience
  • Driving licence with a vehicle

Desirable Criteria (training provided)

  • Experience using social media for business purposes
  • Familiar with Supercontrol
  • Familiar with Touchstay
  • Experience working as or being a host of self catering properties
