We are seeking an outgoing individual capable of working independently and within a small team.
Essential Criteria:
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable with technology and online systems
- Strong organisation skills
- Problem solving & complaint resolution experience
- Driving licence with a vehicle
Desirable Criteria (training provided)
- Experience using social media for business purposes
- Familiar with Supercontrol
- Familiar with Touchstay
- Experience working as or being a host of self catering properties
