This isn’t your typical marketing gig. We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Lead who’s part strategist, part operator, and fully obsessed with getting results. If you’re someone who spots opportunities before anyone else, thrives on pace, and knows how to make smart things happen fast - keep reading.
As Marketing Lead, you’ll own campaigns from start to finish. No waiting around for approvals, no endless meetings. You’ll be given the autonomy (and the trust) to test, scale, bin what doesn’t work, and double down on what does. Whether it’s launching new digital touchpoints, supporting franchise growth or refining our content and comms - you’ll be leading from the front.
You’ll work across digital - including website UX, online ordering journeys, and social media - and collaborate with product, operations and performance teams to make sure everything connects. Franchise experience is a major plus, especially in quick service or food-led brands.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit growth team where ideas move fast and input actually counts. You’ll bring a challenger mindset and the kind of energy that raises the bar. You won’t need permission to make something better - just the guts to go for it.
This is a rare chance for a Marketing Lead to step into a business where your work is seen, your wins are shared, and your impact is immediate.
What we’re looking for:
- A digital-first Marketing Lead who understands brand, performance and product thinking
- Hands-on across campaign strategy, execution and optimisation
- Able to juggle multiple channels and make commercial decisions quickly
- Comfortable in fast-moving, founder-led or entrepreneurial teams
- Bonus points for franchise or QSR experience
