Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support care teams, ensuring quality service delivery
- Line manages staff and support rota planning
- Assist with budgeting and financial oversight
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards
- Support recruitment, training, and staff development
- Liaise with families, clinicians, and professionals
- £30,458–£35,837 salary DOE
