Hours: 35 per week – Days Only

Join a leading non-profit specialising in neurorehabilitation for individuals with brain injuries. We’re seeking a Deputy Manager to support service delivery, lead staff, and drive high standards in care and recovery. The Deputy Manager will already be working in a senior role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support care teams, ensuring quality service delivery
  • Line manages staff and support rota planning
  • Assist with budgeting and financial oversight
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards
  • Support recruitment, training, and staff development
  • Liaise with families, clinicians, and professionals
