This senior leadership role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight, aiming to deliver seamless ticketing experiences, support business growth, and champion a customer-first culture.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the ticketing, box office, customer service, and group sales functions across all venues.
- Oversee ticketing systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continual process improvement.
- Drive and implement operational and strategic initiatives to meet business goals.
- Manage and support departmental heads.
- Monitor performance through KPIs such as ticket sales, revenue streams, and customer satisfaction.
