This senior leadership role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight, aiming to deliver seamless ticketing experiences, support business growth, and champion a customer-first culture.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ticketing, box office, customer service, and group sales functions across all venues.
  • Oversee ticketing systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continual process improvement.
  • Drive and implement operational and strategic initiatives to meet business goals.
  • Manage and support departmental heads.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs such as ticket sales, revenue streams, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with senior teams across data, marketing, and new business to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
