With a collaborative engineering culture and a strong pipeline of new product development, they are seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to help shape the next generation of RF communications equipment.

THE SENIOR RF DESIGN ENGINEER ROLE: As Senior RF Design Engineer, you'll be part of a small and agile team involved in the end-to-end design and development of complex RF systems, including transmitters, receivers, filters, amplifiers, and antennas. You'll drive new product introduction (NPI), lead design reviews, and support production teams, while helping to mentor junior engineers. The work spans multiple high-impact markets, including military-grade secure data links and electronic warfare.
SENIOR RF DESIGN ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Experience in RF design engineering roles
- Design of linear high-power wideband RF amplifiers (e.g. GaN/LDMOS up to 200W)
- Knowledge of RF simulation and PCB design tools (e.g. Altium, AWR, HFSS)
- Design experience with filters, transmitters, receivers, LNA, converters, antennas
- Experience with EMC, test equipment and debugging
- Strong cross-disciplinary communication and problem-solving skills
