GH Engage are currently seeking an experienced Fit Out Engineer with a background in plumbing, or mechanical or electrical engineering.

As a Fit-Out Technician, you will support the Fit-out Supervisor in managing tenant and landlord fit-out projects, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and service.

Duties as Fit Out Technician:

• You will work closely with tenants, contractors, and consultants to monitor works on landlord plant and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, water treatment, and HVAC systems.
• Review contractor and tenant risk assessments and method statements, monitor permits to work, and control access to plant areas.
• Monitoring tenant fit-out works, identifying any potential impacts on the base build infrastructure.
• Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics, and rectification on HVAC and other building systems, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards.

Fit Out Technician Package:

• Salary: £55,000
• 5% Bonus (£2,250)
• Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.

Requirements:

• C&G, Level 3 or similar qualifications in electrical, mechanical or plumbing and heating. HVAP or Mechanical AP is preferable but not essential.
• Proficient in the use of CAFM systems to complete reactive work orders.
• Experience of working in engineering teams and or fit out teams.
