We are seeking a Quotations Co Ordinator Team Leader to join our skilled team in Donabate on a fixed term contract. The role will co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of the Quotation Co Ordinator team, ensuring quotes are returned in a timely fashion, KPI's for the team are met and procedures and processes are adhered to. Providing seamless support to the Head of Bid & Design Engineering by providing Leadership to, and Management of, the Quotation Co Ordinator team. In addition, this role provides critical support to Commercial Managers and Hire Controllers ensuring a smooth quotation process, efficient and accurate turnaround of project pricing.

As a Quotations Co Ordinator Team Leader, you will:

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements for generation of quotes & incoming leads are achieved.
  • Follow and if possible over achieve on KPI targets.
  • Ensure business development calls are achieved to increase opportunity generation, including your own targets.
  • Support the team, liaising with other departments to provide innovative new processes to support business function throughout the company.
  • Direct line management of the coordinator team ensuring meaningful one to one meetings are carried out monthly.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Previous Business Development experience B2B or B2C.
  • Customer Relationship Management experience.
  • Strong Commercial Administration experience.
  • Demonstrated Team Leadership qualities.
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Package, CRM).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience reading drawings would be desirable.
