We are partnering with a leading mid-market private equity firm based in Central London to hire a Finance Manager with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is an excellent opportunity for a recently ACA-qualified professional looking to step into a broad commercial role within a fast-paced investment environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the portfolio and group-level entities
- Provide high-quality, data-driven financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly management reporting packs and board-level presentations
- Partner closely with investment and operations teams to analyse performance and value creation metrics
- Support deal teams with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and due diligence inputs as required
- Work on ad hoc commercial projects and initiatives led by senior leadership
- Assist with cash flow forecasting, covenant reporting, and capital structure analysis
- Help improve and develop financial processes and systems as the firm scales
- ACA qualified, ideally from a Big 4 or top-tier accountancy firm
- Strong technical grounding with post-qualification experience in FP&A
- Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret and challenge financial data
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills; familiarity with BI tools a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
