We’re hiring for a fully remote sales role with a well-established UK insurance provider. If you have experience in outbound sales, enjoy working towards targets, and are looking for a role that offers both stability and earning potential, this could be a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Make 150–200 outbound calls per day via an automated dialler
- Speak with new, existing, and previous customers
- Recommend suitable insurance products for household appliances and technology
- Achieve daily sales targets (7–10 sales per day)
- Build rapport with customers while following a compliant sales process
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in outbound sales (call centre or telesales essential)
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals
- Ability to work independently in a home-based environment
- A quiet, dedicated workspace and stable internet connection
- £24,500 basic salary
- On-target earnings between £30,000–£33,000 (top performers exceed this)
